A number of weeks have gone by since your firm installed new counter tops in our home. I had the best intentions of writing a note to you sooner, but time got away from me.

My wife did the “leg” work and planning for the new tops. She narrowed the visit to three vendors. She had chosen a specific product, Caledonia, prior to visiting. Because the product was the same at all sites, the basic decision-maker was price and perceived quality of the install.

From our first visit to Marble Essence, we were positively impacted. All the available products were displaed well and there were actual installed examples in the showroom.

Although the other providers were very good, the pricing for the same install from your firm was substantially less than others.

Certainly, value for dollars spent is usually a large factor in satisfaction. But, we got more than a very good price. The installation was done very quickly and professionally. We are extrememly pleased with the look.

What made us loyal is the service afterwards. We felt there were some areas of the tops that should have been smoother to the touch (we are likely too demanding). A phone call to you and the next theing we know, folks from Marble Essence were at our house doing their best to make us satisfied.

The products then to be equal at most providers. Thus, it is the personal touch we got from Marble Essence that will have us recommending you to others.

We just wanted to thank you for installing our granite countertop. We appreciate the extra time and effort you put into making sure the foundation was perfect, each piece was planned, cut and laid with precision which shows professionalism that is a rarity these days, and which reflects character.

I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge your extraordinary efforts in helping me solve my bathroom counter/sink application. The true measure of a company is how they react when faced with a difficult situation. I sincerely appreciate your efforts! I will be on vacation, but when I return I will try and resolve the issue.
